SunTiger Rough Grain Sharpening Stone - #220 Grit (20/case) - Benefits of a #220-330 Grit Stone Best used to reshape or repair chips. Please be aware that the #220-300 grit stones are very abrasive, therefore it will shave off a lot of the material. We do not recommend beginner sharpeners to use these stones.

Use and Precautions

Preparation

Soak all rough stones for 15 minutes or more before use.

Caution

Please do not soak finishing stones (#3000 and above). Soaking a finishing stone will result in the stone cracking and breaking.

Returning a stone into a box while still wet or damp will result in molding and decreasing quality.

For double sided stone, please only soak the medium stone side (#1000). Failure to do so will result in the stone splitting and or breaking.
